For orders placed directly on our website, we accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned outside the stated timeframe.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

2. Non-Returnable & Limited-Return Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items that have been used and show signs of wear, damage, or soiling
  • Opened or incomplete sets where parts are missing
  • Custom, personalized, or specially modified products
  • Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout

If you believe a non-returnable item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can review the case.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack each order, but issues can occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • After review, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
  • In confirmed cases of defect, damage, or wrong item, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs or may not require a return.

Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review.

To request a return for an order placed on our website:

  • Change of mind / ordered the wrong item / no longer needed: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Where permitted by law, a reasonable restocking fee may apply for items returned used, missing parts, or not in original condition.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct item-for-item exchanges through our website. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Orders Placed on Amazon, Walmart, or Other Marketplaces

If you purchased NEWOX products through a marketplace such as Amazon or Walmart, the return and refund rules of that platform apply.

  • Please start your return request from your marketplace account (Order Details > Return/Replace).
  • Refunds, replacements, and timelines are handled according to the marketplace’s policies and systems.
  • You may contact us for clarification, but the process may need to be completed through the marketplace interface.

This helps ensure your purchase remains protected by the marketplace’s buyer protection policies.
