Where can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (or in your marketplace order details if purchased via Amazon/Walmart). You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Carrier tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created. If there’s no movement for several days, please contact us and we will review your shipment details.
What is your return window?
Most new, unused items purchased on our website may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for details and exclusions.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@newox.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If eligible, we will provide next steps and return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If a return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item (confirmed after review), we may cover reasonable return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
If you purchased through Amazon or Walmart, please initiate returns, refunds, or replacements through your marketplace account. Their systems manage the official return and refund process. You can still contact us for product-related questions or clarification.
How do I care for my product?
Care instructions can vary by product. If you have a question about cleaning, usage, or maintenance, contact us with your product name (or order number) and we’ll guide you.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist promptly.
Do you offer warranties?
Warranty coverage may vary by product and supplier. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and details so we can review your request.
For the fastest assistance, please include your order number and (if available) your tracking number in your message. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 20–36 business hours (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
