Warranty Information

This Warranty Information page explains how warranty support may apply to products sold by NEWOX LLC through our website. Because we sell a range of electronics and networking products, warranty coverage can vary by brand, product type, and supplier.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Many electronic products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If a manufacturer warranty applies, it is provided by the brand/manufacturer (not directly by NEWOX LLC) and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

  • Warranty duration and coverage may differ by product.
  • Some brands require product registration or proof of purchase.
  • In some cases, warranty claims may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.

2. What a Warranty Typically Covers

Where a valid manufacturer warranty applies, it typically covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Coverage may include repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion.

3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, liquid damage, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (where applicable)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Issues resulting from incompatible accessories, incorrect voltage, or improper power supply
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

4. Returns vs. Warranty Claims

Returns and warranty claims are different processes:

  • Returns are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy (for eligible items and within the return window).
  • Warranty claims (when applicable) are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require troubleshooting, documentation, or service verification.

5. How to Request Warranty Assistance

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us first so we can guide you through the appropriate next steps.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and (if available) model/serial number
  • A clear description of the issue and when it started
  • Photos or video (if relevant) showing the issue

After review, we may provide troubleshooting steps, help confirm whether the issue may be warranty-related, and direct you to the manufacturer or service process when required.

6. Troubleshooting for Electronics & Networking Products

For many electronics and networking products, initial troubleshooting may be required to confirm the issue. This can include checking cables, power sources, compatibility, firmware/software settings, and basic device resets.

We recommend keeping your original packaging and accessories until the warranty/return period has passed.

7. Replacement Parts & Compatibility

Electronics and networking devices often require compatibility with certain standards, ports, or system requirements. Please review product specifications before purchase. If you have questions, contact us and we will help clarify compatibility where possible.

8. Marketplace Purchases (Amazon / Walmart)

If you purchased a NEWOX product through Amazon, Walmart, or another marketplace, the warranty and return process may be influenced by that platform’s policies.

  • For returns/refunds, please follow the marketplace return process in your account.
  • For manufacturer warranty claims, you may still need proof of purchase and may be directed to the brand/manufacturer.
