At NEWOX LLC, our goal is to deliver every order safely, quickly, and with clear communication. This page explains our general shipping and delivery process for purchases made on our website.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Eligible shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

  • United States: Available for most orders (service may be limited in some remote areas).
  • Canada & International: Available for selected destinations where shown at checkout.

If your country or region does not appear at checkout, shipping is not currently available for that location.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping methods, pricing, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout based on your address and order details. Estimated transit times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): typically 2–4 business days after shipment.
  • Canada & International (where available): typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
  • Final delivery scans and status updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, shipping method, and order details.

  • For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax (if any) is displayed at checkout.
  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control or predict customs-related fees or delays.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, we will review the situation in line with our store policies.
  • If you notice an address error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur.

  • If tracking shows “In Transit” for an extended period, it may be due to carrier processing, routing, weather, or peak-season volume.
  • If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will review the case with the carrier where applicable.

To help us investigate quickly, please include your order number and (if available) your tracking number.

8. Orders Placed via Marketplaces (Amazon / Walmart)

If you purchased a NEWOX product through Amazon, Walmart, or another marketplace, the shipping and delivery terms shown on that platform apply to your order.

  • Please refer to your marketplace order details for the promised delivery window.
  • Refunds and replacements for marketplace orders are processed according to that marketplace’s policies.
